Gorka García Herrera (1982) is a Spanish painter. He earned his BFA from the Basque Country University and continued his training with painter Alejandro Quincoces. He has been the recipient of the Scholarship for painters residing in Quintanar Palace, Segovia in 2005, and the "Fundación Antonio Gala para Jóvenes Creadores" scholarship, Cordoba in 2012 among others. Gorka has participated in art fairs including Estampa, Art Madrid, and YIA Contemporary Art Fair in Paris. "Metacal: Geometría Del Ocaso", a catalog book of his works was published in 2012 accompanied by words by Antonio Gala, Javier Vicedo Alós, Juan Gómez Bárcena, and Alejandro Quincoces.
