The painter’s point of view in this series is in a position similar to that of today’s media; a kaleidoscope of all the subjects in the world; the image of those exciting and sometimes painful moments of life with adrenaline release to achieve the highest possible level of excitement. Although the artist has been influenced by movies and photographs of professional American boxing matches, with a highly expressive look and by showing the distortion and the stretching and arching figures, he soon abandons merely photographic representation and by using warmer tonalities in the position of the figures, accompanied by a backdrop often in contrast with the foreground colors, paints the essence of the story (the animal nature of humans, otherwise known as id in the Freudian definition) and demonstrates a painterly and of course expressive and rough statement; the same straightforward depiction of the body which has a tendency towards eliminating the details and minimizing figurative elements, and which is ultimately led to a reduced physical whole of an earthly body. Owing to the techniques employed by the painter throughout all the paintings of this series, we do not see a clear face and the bodies are often depicted with heads [rather than faces]
