Schools are, on the one hand, institutions founded on order and physical and mental control of subjects, and on the other hand, they are places that contain the uncontrollable energy of life, places that house the enthusiasm of childhood and adolescent lives. On the one hand, in schools, we have become obedient and conditioned and have learned homogeneous social behaviors, and we have seen our outbursts, mischiefs and conflicts, on the other. In this painting by Moslem Khezri, one can see the dual face of schools, a situation between order and chaos; some are sitting in their places and others are freely moving about. It is the narration of an intermediate situation that lends this painting dynamics and vibrancy. We are dealing with a scene full of a variety of actors who bring energy and clamor to the tableau. In each corner, there is an ongoing story and life overflows out of the framework of the classroom.
